We have a 60-day return policy. This means that you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return your items in the condition & packaging in which you received them.
To initiate a return, email us at: email@example.com. We will then send you a shipping label to return your ordered items. Items returned to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order as it arrives and contact us immediately if your items are defective/incorrect. Refunds are provided only when an item is defective in the first 60 days after receiving the product.
If you request a refund, we will refund you via your original payment method. Please note that we are not responsible for any FX charges that your bank may charge.
