    We have a 60-day return policy. This means that you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a refund.

    In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return your items in the condition & packaging in which you received them. We also need proof of an order being damaged/defective for a refund to be processed.

    To initiate a return, email us at: We will then send you a shipping label to return your ordered items. Items returned to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.

    Orders can only be cancelled before the order has been shipped.

    Please inspect your order as it arrives and contact us immediately if your items are defective/incorrect. Refunds are provided only when an item is defective in the first 60 days after receiving the product.
